Marathon Xn - A modular system for continuous recording of video and data.

The Marathon Xn system offers synchronised recording and interpretation of high-speed video, industrial cameras, thermography and measurement data.  Just choose any number of cameras, data acquisition devices, trigger sources, event marker sources and press record.

All devices operate through the same software with one single GUI - hardware synchronised..

What is Marathon Xn?
Marathon Xn is a highly flexible video recording system, it allows connection of up to 36 cameras and records video and data to high-performance HDD or SSD memory housed in a PC unit.  The user selects the cameras, data acquisition hardware and the desired record time and we build or assemble it to meet the requirements. At the heart of the system is Marathon Pro software, it recognises all connected devices automatically and provides the user an easy operators interface for synchronous recording. It allows the user to perform fast, detailed analysis of a process.

Analysis
The user is able to browse recordings from multiple sources simultaneously, build up projects (collections of recordings) and use the built-in tools to analyse the process or render to various different formats.

Factory floor tested - review every step of your process
Your quality control system reports a faulty part. Something must have happened, somewhere at some point in the process. Recording times of several hours or even days, at e.g. 300 images per second are needed for such a task.
Using the marathon Xn you can easily locate, analyse, and resolve problems with randomly occurring failures and follow your items on their way through the different steps of the manufacturing process.

Perfect for for the test bench
Small and lightweight GigE camera heads can be positioned anywhere around your unit under test. Synchronize your measurement data to the camera images, to dive even deeper in what is happening. Easily control the system with a single start-stop trigger signal, or script it‘s behaviour from your own software. Marathon Xn is ..well...just perfect for the test bench.

Configuration
The marathon Xn system allows to set up customised systems from off the shelf components, From one to 36 cameras, with or without additional modules. The maximum number of synchronously operating cameras depends on the resolution and the frame rate of the cameras. Marathon Pro supports hundreds of camera models, e.g. at 640 x 480 300 fps  or 11 Mega-pixel resolution. From  your existing Laptop to brand new military grade server systems.
